I stepped out for coffee on Saturday morning and when I came back...well, you see the results. The second one is Buzz Lightyear, by the way. Please feel free to provide captions in the comments. I will publish every one, but I won't show the dog because, you know, that would be humiliating.

For some reason, in this particular interpretation of the character, Buzz Lightyear reminds me of a gypsy.
There is a bohemian quality to it, isn't there? Buddy is the most forgiving dog in the world. I was just looking and found five or so different costume pictures. My wife went a little wild.
We own a Batman costume (Ace the Bat Hound, technically) that fits a 40- to 60-pound dog. The one for whom we bought it had such great pointy ears that she didn't need the ones in the package.
